Remove Person
This workflows shows you how to remove a person from the system.
Who can perform this workflow
This workflow is restricted and you need to have the correct permission to complete the workflow.
To complete this system action you must have either:
- Be a system administrator
- Have read and remove permissions to the parent
Preconditions
- The person must not be a system administrator
- You have the required permissions

- Primary nodes: Person, Organization Unit, Entity Root
- Related nodes: Permission

Workflow steps
There are multiple ways to remove a person from the system.
First
- Navigate to the relevant page
- Locate the person you want to remove in the node tree
- Navigate to the details section
- Initiate the action by pressing the three dots in the top right
- Click on the Remove button
- Confirm the action in the modal/dialog that overlays the screen.
Second
- Navigate to the relevant page
- Locate the person you want to remove in the node tree
- Press the three dots next to the person in the node tree
- Initiate the action by pressing the remove button
- Confirm the action in the modal/dialog that overlays the screen.
Result
- The person should now be removed and no longer visible on the screen
- The node tree should be updated and no longer include the person you removed
- Notification is visible in the bottom left, that shows the person has been removed
